Thomas Kasulka

EVP & Chief Credit Officer, Customers Bancorp, Inc.

Tom Kasulka is the Chief Credit Officer of Customers Bank and a member of the Executive Committee.

Tom is an industry veteran who joined Customers Bank in December 2023, bringing over 38 years of senior banking experience within Signature Bank, Fleet Bank, and Chase Manhattan Bank to his role. He provides strategic leadership and oversight for the bank’s Credit Administration, Special Assets, and Commercial Appraisal teams and contributes significantly to the bank’s ongoing growth and success.

Tom earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from SUNY Stony Brook.
